On September 5, 2015, 6 years from their 1st date, Jermaine and Kristin said ” I do!” A published writer and blogger, Kristin made sure that each detail told a story. Upon entering the church you see a sign that said ” As soon as I saw you, I knew an adventure was going to happen”. I am sure that their love story has been all of an adventure! Since meeting in the halls of Reading High School, #teamedwards has added 2 new members to their family, the little ring bearers, their adorable sons- Jermaine II. and .
#teamedwards had “Berks County Living” inspired programs designed by Melissa LaScala, the photography by yours truly, and they story…all theirs! Each detail of the day outlined perfectly. A constant theme was the family connection. The wedding party consisted of brothers, sisters, cousins, nieces, nephews and best friends. Each and every person made this wedding seamless soiree.
The ceremony was beautiful. Kristin’s cousin, Kim Jordan-Gaskins, sang a beautiful song that left all those in attendance with a feeling of happiness. It was the pure joy as they exchanged vows and sealed it with a kiss! As it should be, a king and a queen would return to their “Castle on the Hill” to complete their full circle moment…That moment when they met in Reading High School & forged a lifelong friendship. To this date, their group shot on those iconic steps brings me a sense of joy and pride. The kind of pride that you get when you see something amazing happen to those deserving.
#teamedwards had a vendor team made up of 90% Reading High School graduates (me included). It sure was awesome to see a room full of RHS graduates participating and contributing to one of the most important days of #teamedwards lives. We are all #rsdproud! I could go on and on because there is just so much to say, but I will end in saying that I am honored & thankful that you trusted in my ability to capture your love story. Your family is incredible. May your family be blessed with years of health, happiness and an eternity of love.
Take a seat, grab a snack and scroll through. Relive the day. See the laughter, the tears of joy, the immense love and you will see what it was like to be part of #teamedwards for the day.
Much love to you all!
All my best, xoxo
