  1. How do I book my wedding with Ama Photography?

Simple loves, call me directly and we can set up a time to go over your wedding day needs.

  1. How much do I have to pay up front?

Your retainer is 1/3 of the wedding package you choose. This secures your date and keeps it from being booked by anyone else.

  1. Do you offer engagement sessions and Save the Dates images?
    Yes, I love getting to know you and your love. We can plan anything from a simple session to something fully styled and themed. Engagement sessions are approximately 1-hour long. You will receive more details during our one on one consultation. Each engagement session is provided with 1 digital image for your Save The Dates.
  1. Do you have a list of preferred vendors?

I am proud to say that I have an amazing list of local vendors that I work hand in hand with. Once your contract is signed, I will provide you with my vendor list. Supporting local wedding vendors is a privilege and I am thrilled at how well they take care of my wonderful couples.

  1. Do you come with an assistant?

Yes, I want to ensure that every moment is accounted for. Every single wedding will come with as the me (primary shooter) & my assistant, 2nd Shooters are available for weddings over 8 hours. They are an additional cost.

  1. Do you offer albums design?
    Yes, I offer album design. They are gorgeous leather bound albums with the images flushed in the pages. They make a stunning presentation of your day. They are a la carte. We can discuss your needs, as there are several options.

7.Do you help with timeline development for wedding day?

Absolutely! No wedding is complete without a well-arranged timeline. We will have a conversation on your event times and we will develop a timeline to ensure picture-taking time. Feel free to give my information to your wedding planner. I will send you a suggested timeline and we will adjust as needed.

8: When can I expect my pictures?
Excited to see them…of course, I will blog around 50-100 images from your day around 4 weeks after your wedding. You may share this blog with your friends and family. When will you see the rest? Most clients can expect their weddings to be given between 8-12 weeks. I try my hardest to make sure you get the best images from the day and this takes time. An online gallery will be provided for your friends and family to purchase images from the day.

  1. Do you offer reprint rights with your packages? Are copyrights the same as reprint rights?

Yes, every package I offer has reprint rights. Reprint rights allow you reprint the images for personal use only. Copyrights are not given as they always belong to the artist that creates the image. This is per United States Copyright Laws (USC Title 17)

  1. What do I do now, if I know I want to book you?

Let’s get the wedding bells ringing! Set up your appointment. Most brides and grooms book me a year in advanced. I would hate to not be able to capture your love story so don’t delay! Once you have your venue, call me. We can meet for coffee, cake and a contract.
